Stocked components only. Service work is governed by the terms of service warranty section.

30-day return window

Stocked PCB adapters can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number.
  2. We'll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within one business day.
  3. Ship the items back with the RMA on the outside of the package.
  4. We refund the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Who pays return shipping

  • Defective or wrong item: we pay return shipping.
  • Change of mind: you pay return shipping.

Non-returnable

  • Soldered, populated, or otherwise modified adapters.
  • Custom-designed adapters or services performed against your files.
  • Items more than 30 days past delivery.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents and email us within 7 days. We replace damaged-in-transit items at no cost.
