Squidtronic started because we needed prototypes built properly and could not find a shop that would take a single board seriously. So we built the shop we wanted to hire.

One shop floor, end to end.
Build and rework. BGA rework, SMT assembly, hand soldering, IC reballing, prototype build, and repair. The bulk of what we do every day.
Design. PCB layout and schematic design, for the projects that arrive as a block diagram rather than a fab package. The same engineers who route the board are the ones who build it.
That is the whole argument for using us. The reason a prototype build comes back clean is that somebody who understood the design was paying attention while it was assembled.

Same-day quotes
If you submit a quote during business hours, you'll hear back the same day. If we can't quote it (out of scope, missing info), you'll hear back the same day anyway.
Fixed-price, not hourly
Every quote is a number, not an estimate. If we find a deeper problem mid-job, we stop and email you before doing more work.
Files stay confidential
Gerbers, BOMs, and schematics are used only for your quote and the work itself, then deleted within 90 days. NDAs available on request.
Photos on every job
BGA rework comes with X-ray images. Assemblies come with build photos. Repairs come with before/after shots. So you can see what we did, not just trust we did it.
