Layout, not handoff-and-pray.

You hand us a schematic, a mechanical envelope, and the constraints that matter (signal integrity, power budget, connectors, mounting). We hand back a fab-ready board.

We're not a pure layout-by-the-hour shop. Because we also assemble and rework, we layout boards we'd want to assemble: clean paste-mask, sane component spacing, no exotic stack-ups without a reason. DFM is the deliverable, not a service add-on.

Brief intake & constraints

Schematic, mechanical drawing or 3D STEP, signal-integrity requirements, regulatory targets, fab partner.

Stack-up + floorplan

You approve the stack-up and rough floorplan before we start routing. Cheap to change here, expensive to change later.

Layout + iterate

One or two intermediate reviews. We share screenshots and a rendered 3D view at each milestone.

DRC + DFM pass

Internal DRC against your fab's rules, plus a DFM checklist (paste mask, courtyard clearances, fiducial placement).

Deliver Gerbers + native + STEP

Full deliverable bundle. We're available for follow-up tweaks if the prototype build catches anything.

Common questions.

Do I own the design files?

Yes — native CAD plus Gerbers are yours. We retain the right to use anonymized renders of finished boards in our portfolio (or not, if you NDA us out of it).

Can you start from an Eagle / OrCAD project?

Yes. We'll convert to KiCad or Altium as part of the kickoff.

What if my schematic has gaps?

We point them out at intake. Either you finish them, or we add schematic-design hours to the quote.

Can you build the prototype too?

Yes — bundle with prototype build for a single PO.
