What we collect

When you use this site we collect the minimum data needed to run the business:

Account data — name, email, and password hash if you register an account.
Order data — billing/shipping address and payment confirmation token (we never store full card numbers).
Quote data — anything you submit through our quote request form, including project files (Gerbers, BOMs, schematics, photos).
Analytics — anonymized page views and referrer, only after you accept cookies.

Files you upload with a quote request are treated as confidential by default:

Used only to prepare your quote and to perform the work if you proceed.
Stored on Squidtronic-controlled Cloudflare R2 storage and a secure project drive — not on any third-party form service.
Never shared with third parties or used for marketing.
Retained as part of your job record (for traceability, warranty support, and re-orders). You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected], and we'll remove them unless we're legally required to keep them.

If you require an NDA before sharing files, check the "Need an NDA?" box on the quote form and we'll send one before you upload anything sensitive.

Strictly necessary — cart contents, login session, cookie consent flag. Always on.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Only loaded after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.

You can decline analytics at any time by clicking "Decline" on the banner or by clearing your browser storage.

Cloudflare — CDN, edge processing, and R2 storage for quote files.
Web3Forms — delivers contact and newsletter form submissions to us by email.
Google Analytics 4 — anonymized traffic analytics (loaded only after you accept cookies).
Stripe — payment processing for components and approved service quotes.
Google Sign-In — optional login method for accounts.
