You send Gerbers, BOM, and your blank PCBs (or we fab them through our partners). We stencil, place, reflow, and AOI — and ship boards back ready to bring up.

This is the right service when you've got working Gerbers, you don't want to populate 200 0402 passives by hand, and you don't have a few weeks to wait on a CM minimum-order quote. We'll quote a single board the same way we quote 500.

We quote with parts cost broken out

You see the build cost separately from the BOM cost. Source parts yourself if you'd rather; we'll drop-ship them in.

Build run on our line

Stencil paste, pick-and-place, reflow profile per package, AOI on every board. X-ray for any BGA.

Optional functional test

If you provide a fixture or a test plan, we run boards through it and ship a pass/fail log with each unit.

Ship in ESD packaging

Antistatic bags, foam, photo of the build line, full report.

Common questions.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No. One board is fine. Per-board cost is highest at qty 1 and drops at qty 10, 25, 100.

Can you source parts for me?

Yes — from Digikey, Mouser, Arrow, and Avnet. Adds 1–3 days. We pass through cost + small handling fee, no markup games.

What if a part on my BOM is out of stock?

We'll suggest a second-source equivalent and wait for your approval before placing.

Do you do conformal coating?

Selective conformal coat is available as an add-on. Mention it on the quote and we'll spec coverage.

Got Gerbers ready to build?

Send the package and we'll DFM-check, quote, and schedule. Same-day reply on most projects.
