0.3 mm pitch on standard BGAs. We can quote 0.25 mm WLCSP case-by-case. Send us a photo and we'll tell you yes/no within a day.

Yes. Check the "Need an NDA?" box on the quote form and we'll send a mutual NDA before you upload anything sensitive.

Single prototypes are routine. We're set up for low- and mid-volume (1–1000 boards). Higher volumes we quote with a partner fab so you stay on a single PO.

Yes — both leaded and lead-free (SAC305). For mixed-process work (rework on a Pb-free board with leaded BGA balls, etc.) tell us in the quote so we set the right reflow profile.

Class 2 by default. Class 3 (life-critical, mil-aero) is available on request and adds inspection time. We document our process per IPC-A-610.

We email you a Stripe Payment Link. Cards, Apple Pay, and bank transfer (ACH) are supported. Net-30 terms are available for established business customers.
