Services
How fast can you turn around a BGA rework?
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from receiving the board. Rush (2–4 days) and urgent (24–48 hours) options are available at +25%–50%.
What's the smallest BGA pitch you can rework?
0.3 mm pitch on standard BGAs. We can quote 0.25 mm WLCSP case-by-case. Send us a photo and we'll tell you yes/no within a day.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Check the "Need an NDA?" box on the quote form and we'll send a mutual NDA before you upload anything sensitive.
Can you do one-off prototypes or only volume?
Single prototypes are routine. We're set up for low- and mid-volume (1–1000 boards). Higher volumes we quote with a partner fab so you stay on a single PO.
Do you handle leaded (SnPb) work?
Yes — both leaded and lead-free (SAC305). For mixed-process work (rework on a Pb-free board with leaded BGA balls, etc.) tell us in the quote so we set the right reflow profile.
What IPC class do you build to?
Class 2 by default. Class 3 (life-critical, mil-aero) is available on request and adds inspection time. We document our process per IPC-A-610.

How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form. Tell us the service, quantity, and any constraints. Most quotes are returned same business day.
How do I pay once a quote is approved?
Approved quotes are billed against your purchase order. Send the PO to info@squidtronic.com and we invoice 50% on receipt, with the balance net 30 after delivery. We accept ACH and company check.
What file formats do you accept?
Gerber RS-274X (zipped), ODB++, IPC-2581. BOMs as CSV / XLSX. Schematics as PDF or native KiCad / Altium / Eagle. Photos as JPG / PNG / HEIC.
